Refund Policy

Overview

LocalKin is a digital software product delivered instantly via license key and download. Because digital products cannot be "returned" once delivered, we offer a limited refund window under the conditions below.

7-Day Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date, no questions asked. To request a refund, email us at contact@localkin.ai with your license key or order number.

Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

After 7 Days

Refund requests made after the 7-day window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may issue a refund if the product has a critical defect that we cannot resolve in a reasonable timeframe.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • You changed your mind after the 7-day window.
  • Your system does not meet the minimum requirements (macOS, Linux, or Android).
  • You purchased the wrong edition (contact us to exchange instead).

Edition Exchanges

If you purchased Core and want to upgrade to Pioneer Edition, contact us. We'll apply your Core payment as credit toward the Pioneer Edition price.

When Mustard Edition launches, Pioneer customers will be eligible for a discounted upgrade. Details will be announced at launch.
